Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free pick-up at our facility may also be selected at checkout. If you choose this option, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. You will be directed to secure payment pages to complete your transaction. For security reasons, credit card numbers are not stored on our servers.
International shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, or import restrictions. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns are accepted for defective items only and require prior approval. To request return approval, please call 905-780-9908. A replacement for a defective product will be shipped once the defective item has been received and approved. Any product returned without prior approval may be refused or returned unopened to the sender.
If a package is returned due to an address error, customer refusal, failure to claim the package, or a violation of import laws or regulations, the customer is responsible for any fees incurred. A refund may be issued for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee, once the returned package has been received.
If an order is seized, refused, or destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, no credit or refund will be issued for the merchandise or shipping costs. Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office to confirm whether the products they wish to order are permitted for import into their country.
